The PICOMAX 550 offers an economical and technologically advanced solution for versatile 5-axis machining.
Even the basic version of the machine is designed for universal 5-axis milling with positioning, as well as for 5-axis simultaneous machining.
The well-thought-out compact design ensures operating ergonomics, perfect accessibility to all relevant machine components and maximum flexibility.
The tool magazine with integrated tool management can be conveniently loaded from the front during machining. The generous swivel range and the direct, backlash-free and dynamic cooled torque drives enable precise machining of a wide range of demanding parts. The latest generation Heidenhain TNC 7 control with touch operation and CAM connection provides the necessary functionality.
The combination of easy operation, efficiency, precision, compactness and flexibility makes the new PICOMAX 550 the ideal solution for a wide range of manufacturing tasks - for small series, in dynamic 5-axis precision cutting and for vocational training.
